In two words, “Ultimate Professional.” The level of service and attention to detail he exhibited during the purchase of 6 plus acres of land, the sale of our former residence, and the closing of the home we built on the newly purchased six-plus acres were second to none.

Nikehchi listened to our desires as we began our search for land. He was diligent in his research and analyses of the land we ultimately purchased in the fall of 2019. Coincidently, he introduced us to our builder. Nikehchi handled the listing of our former home. Always the ultimate professional, he assisted us in staging and providing a thorough assessment of comps in the area and determining a reasonable price point. During the house’s numerous showings, Nikehchi was always considerate of our schedules when making appointments. And again, Nikehchi went way beyond what others would expect and helped us place our belongings into storage after the house’s sale.
